Touch for Health Level 1 is a comprehensive two-day online course that runs from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm Pacific Time each day. Delivered in the convenience of your own home, this course offers hands-on learning and practical application.

In this class, you will learn to identify and test 14 key muscles and their associated acupuncture meridians. You’ll gain foundational skills, including self-muscle testing and balancing techniques, setting you on the path to becoming a confident and effective Touch for Health Practitioner.

By the end of this course, you will be able to:

• Accurately perform muscle tests and corrective techniques, including neuro-lymphatic and neuro-vascular reflexes, meridian balancing, and muscle origin and insertion corrections.

• Apply specialized techniques for pain relief, balancing through nutrition, and managing emotional stress.

• Conduct a “Touch for Health Balance” protocol, a holistic approach for general treatment.
